RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or replacement for any reason, except where state or national law prohibits such exclusion (e.g., the EU requires professional sellers to accept returns). Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days after delivery, unless state or national law at the location of purchase dictates that sellers allow more than 14 days. You are responsible for all packaging and shipping costs for returning the product.

We reserve the right to refuse to replace damaged items for any reason, except where state or national law prohibits such exclusion. Any claim of misprint or product damage during shipping must be submitted with pictures for proof of damage within 14 days from date of delivery. Claims without pictures proving damage will not be considered for replacement. If we determine that damage to your product was incurred during shipment or that a misprint occurred due to a manufacturing error, we will replace your damaged or faulty product at no cost to you. However, we do not accept replacements for damages caused by your fault or negligence.

We do not accept exchanges of one product, or one version of a product, for any other product, similar or otherwise, for any reason.

We are not liable for any extra cost incurred if you provide a wrong or faulty address. In the event that you provide a faulty address, you are responsible to pay the additional shipping cost incurred.

We reserve the right to determine the legitimacy of any claim submitted. All claims for products lost in transit must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date. If it is determined that being lost in transit is the fault of the manufacturer, they will cover the cost of replacement.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify ANCIENT EPICS LLC, all of its managers, members, or anyone associated with or aiding with its operation, as innocent of any claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to your infringement of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law or the rights and privileges of any third-party.

TERMINATION

These Terms of Service remain effective unless or until you discontinue use of our Services or we terminate your use of our Services. You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use our Services. We also reserve the right to determine whether or not you have kept these Terms of Service. If, in our sole judgment, you have failed to abide by them, we may terminate this agreement with you at any time. These Terms of Service, however, remain in force as long as both we keep them posted on this website and you use our Services. Any obligations and liabilities incurred before termination shall survive the termination of our agreement with you. We may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for any money due up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to deny you access to our Services, or any part thereof.

SUMMARY

Any failure on our part to enforce any aspect of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a forfeiture thereof. This agreement is made within the jurisdiction of the United States and the state of Wisconsin between ANCIENT EPICS LLC and users of the Services of ANCIENT EPICS LLC.
