All purchases from the Ancient Epics Online Store are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Most shipments arrive undamaged. However, occasionally a chart will arrive with an edge slightly crimped. The Ancient Epics Online Store is not liable for such damage and holds itself under no obligation to replace said product. If, on the other hand, the content portion of the chart is severely damaged in shipping, the Ancient Epics Online Store will provide a new chart free of charge upon proof of damage. If your chart arrived with such extreme damage, send your claim through the contact form with your email. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
